Many are of happy times with her extended family while others are emotional reminders of the hardship and sadness she endured when she was placed in the Wandering Mission to be trained for domestic work.<br \/>\nLaurel went on to raise her own family and completed a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Curtin University in 2000.
